1 最重要事項
a 規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。動画制作前に必ず最新の規約を読むことを推奨します。常にこちらのオンライン規約が適用されるものと思ってください。
b 規約に同意されない方、読めない方はイズムルート式データ（以下データ）を使用することが出来ません。英語版はこちらから読めますが基本的に日本語版が優先されます。機械翻訳をかけたりこちらの規約の無断転載は禁止です/Do NOT read with transration like Google transration and DeepL. DO NOT Re-uproad this term.
c ニコニコ内およびこちらのブログに記載されている場所以外でのデータ配布は行っておりません。それ以外の場所での配布は全部無断での再配布となりますので見かけた際は私（データ製作者）並びに再配布している場所の管理者並びに運営への通報をお願いします。またデータ使用の際は自己責任でお願いします。
2 禁止事項
a 再配布、データ作者を騙る行為、パスワードを漏洩する行為
b R-18作品、公的良俗に反する作品、性的な要素を含む作品（紳士向け含む）、政治的作品、宗教的作品（※1）、ヘイト（他のものごとを貶める）作品、例のアレタグのつく作品、同性愛描写、内臓が出るレベルでのグロテスク要素が含まれる作品への使用
c データ出力にあたりMMD,MMM,pmx,pmdエディタやLip and faceやVMDサイジング、macへの互換ツール以外のソフトウェアでの使用（例：Unity、スマホ用MMDアプリ、UnrealEngine等への使用禁止）
d 商業利用
e ぶっこ抜きやリッピングしたモデル、ステージ、アクセサリとの使用（ぶっこ抜き、リッピングNGと明記されているデータや商業ゲームで使われているデータを抽出したモデルなど。公式からMMDモデルとして使っていいと配布されているものは除く）
f AI学習への利用
g 胸元や股間、胸部を強調するようなサムネイル（男女問わず）
h 一般的な水着の範疇を超えている服を着用させたモデルへの使用（男性の場合はハーフパンツまで、女性の場合は一般的なビキニまでとします。マイクロビキニとかスリングショットはNG）
※1：あまり宗教を使っていけないことをするような作品は作ってはいけませんよという話です。クリスマスなどの日常的な宗教行事や、原作の範囲内での宗教的要素を含んだ作品への使用は可能です。ただその範疇を超えた作品への使用は禁止です。わからない場合は一度こちらに質問してください。
3 許可事項
a 少しのカメラ改変（例 破綻、貫通、パンチラを隠すためのカメラ改変）
b 戦闘やアクションのある作品への使用、あるいは死亡表現（グロゴア表現は四肢欠損までは可能ですが共演相手やお借りするデータの規約確認必須。また動画冒頭部と説明欄でその旨の描写があることを必ず明記してください）
c MMDイベントに出す作品への使用
d ニコニコ動画(静画)、Youtube、Twitter、Blueskyへの投稿。
4 必須事項
a SNSもしくはYoutubeに上げるときはクレジット必須です。動画内や静画内クレジットではなく、書き込み内あるいはキャプション内に【イズムルート・四条】または【Izumrud-Shijo】とつけてください。（不定期にエゴサーチするので見つけやすくするためです。動画や静画にリプライする形でツイートするのは可）
世界観などの都合でカタカナを入れたくない場合は【四条翠玉】と明記しても構いません。
四条だけだとアイマスのキャラや地名がヒットすることが多いため出来る限り【イズムルート・四条】と明記していただけると非常に助かります。
b ニコニコに上げる際はコンテンツツリーへの登録必須です。クレジットは任意。
c もし不明点があれば私のツイッターのDMもしくはメール、ディスコードに質問してください。それでもわからない場合はしてはいけないことと認識してください。
弊データが利用規約に反してる状態での使用が見られた際、初回ではその作品の製作者への削除並びに差し替え要請にとどめますが悪質であるとこちらが判断した場合、その限りではございません。最悪の場合データ使用禁止並びに配布停止になる場合があります。ご理解のほどよろしくお願いします。

1 Attention

c : I distribution works which made by me at NicoNico and this blog ONLY. I DO NOT ALLOW distribution works at other website. So if you find distribution works at website except NicoNico and This BLOG, repoat to me and admin of website.
d :Please use this MMD Model Data at your own risk. I can not be held liable or responsible for any damages caused by using this data.
f : If you understand Japanese without transration tools（ex: Google transration, DeepL）, read JP terms.
2 DISALLOW (NG)
a : Re-distribute, and Leak out distribution password.
b : For using works which include YAOI/YURI content. (In this case, “YAOI/YURI content” includes but is not limited to Shounen-ai (Shonen-ai), Shoujo-ai (Shojo-ai), BL (Boys’ love), GL (Girls’ Love), Slash, Femmeslash (Femslash), homosexual, homoerotic, and homoromantic relationships.)
c : Use for R-18 and sexual contents(For gentlemen including MOB), poritical/religional/insult to others, other organizations and (or) other countries/grotesque/commercial contents.
d : Using at software except MMD,MMM,Face and lips, PMX(PMD) Editor, VMD sizing.（Disallow software example: Unreal Engine, Figmy, MMD software for smartphone,Unity）
e : Using with ripping data and chimeric data.
f : Using for VRChat/Avater.
g : Using for learning AI.
h: Setting for thumbnail which focusing bust/chest/hip.
3 ALLOW
a : Editing camera little.
b : Using for crossover works, join to MMD events.
c : Using for relationship contents within the scope of the original work. (If you make this, you MUST CHECK terms which use other data you will. Other data terms like says “DO NOT USE FOR ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIP CONTENTS”, you cannot make that. And you must announcement to ” this contents including romantic relationship from original works ” at caption or opening. Do not set romantic scene for the thumbnail.)
d : Using for battle action contents, and death representation.(You MUST Check other terms which you will use.)
e: Making works for use local enviroment.
f : Processing output data at movie editor（ex: Aviutl） and photo editor(ex:Clipstudio Paint).
g : You can post works which use Izdata for “NicoNico Douga(Seiga)”,“YouTube”, ”Bluesky”, and Twitter.
4 Please to…
a : If you have any questions, please send DM to my Twitter E-mail, or discord. Still, you do not understand, you must understanding to “NOT TO DO”.
(Today, repoating about twitter account is freezing about DM, you have better to send Email or discord.)
Important
b : You must credit “Izumrud-Shijo” at text-caption, when using this MMD Model Data for ego-searching. Only “Shijo”, will come up IM@S or name of place. So please write “Izumrud-Shijo”.
c: If you post to NicoNico-douga, you must registrate to contents-tree.
Find contents using Izdata which breaking terms, I request to DELETE/REPLACE that contents for first time. But if I judge that malicious case, does not apply.
In the worst case, Izdata will be suspended to use and stop to distribution.
