1 Attention
a :Terms are changing without announcement. So please read this term before make works. Always Izmodel is under the online terms.
b : If you disallow/can-not read those terms, you can not use Izmodel.
c : I distribution works which made by me at NicoNico and this blog ONLY. I DO NOT ALLOW distribution works at other website. So if you find distribution works at website except NicoNico and This BLOG, repoat to me and admin of website.
d :Please use this MMD Model Data at your own risk. I can not be held liable or responsible for any damages caused by using this data.
e : Izmodels are Unofficial fanart. So DO not apointment official-side.
f : If you understand Japanese without transration tools（ex: Google transration, DeepL）, read JP terms
2 DISALLOW (NG)
a : Re-distribute, pretend to be maker of Izmodel, and Leak out distribution password.
b : For using works which include YAOI/YURI content. (In this case, “YAOI/YURI content” includes but is not limited to Shounen-ai (Shonen-ai), Shoujo-ai (Shojo-ai), BL (Boys’ love), GL (Girls’ Love), Slash, Femmeslash (Femslash), homosexual, homoerotic, and homoromantic relationships.)
c : Use for R-18 and sexual contents(For gentlemen including MOB), poritical/religional/insult to others, other organizations and (or) other countries/grotesque/commercial contents.
d : Using at software except MMD,MMM,Face and lips, PMX(PMD) Editor, VMD sizing.（Disallow software example: Unreal Engine, Figmy, MMD software for smartphone,Unity）
e : Converting except PMX/PMD.
f : Output to 3D printer, post for 3D model website.
g : Using with ripping data and chimeric data.・Using with same character model which made by other author.
h : Using for VRChat/Avater.
i : Make major edits to this MMD Model Data (including Transsexual), use for chimeric model, Chimering with same character model which made by other author.
j : Using for learning AI.
k : Setting for thumbnail which focusing bust/chest/hip.
l：Using the same character model by a different author in combination with the same character model (using a A-type model and a C-type model together in the same work is not allowed, but using a short video collection like a compilation of short videos are divided into different parts is allowed, but you must check the terms of other data. (It is not allowed,you cannnot make works.)
m：Using the accessory which made for IztypeA-model to other Amodel made by others.
3 ALLOW
a : Editing/adjusting/adding born, weight, morph.
b : Changing cloth.
c : Changing color, texture, sphere.
d : Using for Icon and header（Not for use roleplaying/bot/political/religional/sexual accounts.）
e : Using for crossover works, join to MMD events.
f : Using with female motion
g : Using with light touch motion. (Borderline: hug, handshake)
h : Using for relationship contents within the scope of the original work. (If you make this, you MUST CHECK terms which use other data you will. Other data terms like says “DO NOT USE FOR ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIP CONTENTS”, you cannot make that. And you must announcement to ” this contents including romantic relationship from original works ” at caption or opening. Do not set romantic scene for the thumbnail.)
i : Using for battle action contents, and death representation.(You MUST Check other terms which you will use.)
j : Making works for use local enviroment.
k : Processing output data at movie editor（ex: Aviutl） and photo editor(ex:Clipstudio Paint).
4 About Changing cloth
a : Please adjust propotion to another model. You must read and keep the rules of another model.
b : DO NOT dressing up in women’ s clothes to men’ s character.
c : DO NOT dressing up to almost-naked costume. (ex: microkini, speedos)
d : Border line of exposing is harfpants-swimware(For male character)
5 Please to…
a : Please don’t exposing the works obvious sloppy of the physical result.
(example: the physical rage grandly when Model is placed overlap on invisible model.)
(I am glad that you correct as possible as the motion if model’s leg go through the coat.)
b : If you want to make xOC, romantic relationship contents between MALE and FEMALE without scope of the original scope or headcanon, you can closing enviroment only for example locking Twitter account.)
c : If you have any questions, please send DM to my Twitter E-mail, or discord. Still, you do not understand, you must understanding to “NOT TO DO”.
(Today, repoating about twitter account is freezing about DM, you have better to send Email or discord.)
Important
d : You can post works which use Izmodel for “NicoNico Douga(Seiga)”,“YouTube”, ”Bluesky”, and Twitter.
e : You must credit “Izumrud-Shijo” at caption, when using this MMD Model Data for ego-searching. Only “Shijo”, will come up IM@S or name of place. So please write “Izumrud-Shijo”.
f : If you post to NicoNico-douga, you must registrate to contents-tree.
Find contents using Izmodel which breaking terms, I request to DELETE/REPLACE that contents for first time. But if I judge that malicious case, does not apply.
In the worst case, Izmodel will be suspended to use and stop to distribution.
You will be deemed to allow those terms if you downloads Izmodel.
